Pay after you learn, with simple rules for rescheduling and cancellations.

Pay After Your Sessions

We send one invoice at the end of each month for the sessions delivered. Payment is due within the first 5 days of the following month. No prepayment.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling a lesson at least 90 minutes in advance is never charged and does not count as a cancellation.

Cancellations

You may cancel up to 2 lessons per month at no charge (not exceeding 25% of your monthly lessons), with at least 90 minutes' notice. For example: 4 lessons a month = 1 free cancellation; 8 or more = 2. Additional cancellations, or cancellations with less notice, count as completed lessons and are added to the monthly invoice, except in emergencies.

If Your Teacher Cancels

The lesson is rescheduled at no cost to you.

Late Arrival

If a student joins late, the lesson still ends at its scheduled time and counts as class time.

Are the 2 trial classes really free? +
Yes, completely free. No credit card required and no commitment. We want you to experience our teaching quality before making any payment decision.
Can I change my package later? +
Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade, or change your session length at any time. Just contact us and we will adjust your plan from the next month.
How do I pay? +
We accept payments via PayPal. You pay after your sessions: we send one invoice at the end of each month, and payment is due within the first 5 days of the following month. No prepayment.
Can I enroll more than one child? +
Yes! Each student gets their own dedicated tutor and personalized plan. You can enroll multiple children and manage everything through one account.
What if I miss a session? +
If you let us know at least 90 minutes before the lesson, we will reschedule it at no extra charge. See the Billing & Cancellation section above for how cancellations work.
Is there a minimum commitment period? +
No long-term contracts. Our packages are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. We are confident in our quality and we do not lock you in.
